Made for a competition with other knife makers, this Bowie is one of my finest pieces ever. 8” blade from heel to tip made from 151 layer 80CrV2/15N20/Pop’s Pro Cut Merovingian Twist. The aluminum bronze guard was forged from an ingot I melted together myself. The hand is ringed Myall from Western Australia. A spectacular piece from top to bottom, it also comes with a handmade sheath made partly from caiman leather.
